Lifetime Saber Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. All non-discontinued sabers include a lifetime warranty covering defects and malfunctions under normal use, including the core electronics and blade.
Covered Under Warranty
- Damage on Arrival (DOA) — must be reported upon receipt
- Verified soundboard failure (after troubleshooting)
- Manufacturing defects outside normal standards
Not Covered Under Warranty
- Dueling or impact damage (including stress on skinny-neck designs)
- Improper or forceful disassembly
- Incorrect or high-output chargers
- Unauthorized modifications (soundfonts, blade styles, flashing)
- Misuse, abuse, or improper operation
- Resale or secondary market purchases
- Retention screw damage from over-tightening
Important
Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty.
Submit a support ticket for assistance (48-hour response time)
Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable
What “Empty – No Electronics” Means?
- Blade: Not included. You’ll need to source or make your own blade.
- Electronics: No wiring, LEDs, or soundboards—empty chassis only.
- Sound Fonts: Even if “Mark 1 - Free” appears in sound-font dropdowns, no sound-font files (SD cards) are shipped or billed.
Tip: Empty hilts are ideal if you already own electronics or want to build a custom saber from scratch. If you expected a complete plug-and-play saber, please choose one of our “Fully Loaded” or “Complete Kit” listings instead.

To start, I like the saber. Jinn is my favorite Jedi. However. The blade jiggles. And it ain't the only hilt I've had a problem with. Anakin saber jiggles, Luke saber broke the bottom of two different pixel blades. I used the promo code to get the SE version too and either it is late, was lost, or just ain't coming. Got the case and hat though. And as rad as customer service can be, I don't have the stamina to go through it. The flicker the blade has with the jiggle blade hardly shows in video anyway, so probably a waste of time. Anyway I've written and deleted this review like 3 times cause I feel bad leaving it, but I'm tapped out and just don't care anymore.

I rolled the dice and came up a winner with this lightsaber. Mind was blown away, I was lucky 🍀 enough to get a replica proffie . The sound just has me lost for words on how great it sounds, couldn’t have got a better lightsaber. I really rock with this lightsaber truly !!!!!
The saber is easy to grip and has good craftsmanship. A highly Resilient saber.
Saber didn’t want to work. Kept cutting off and beeping. Contacted ppl and tried their suggestions. Still problem persisted. For me…$600+…. Just wanted a saber that worked right. Clean hilt and nice packaging tho

Love it it’s awesome
Wanted this Saber for a very long time. By far the best Saber I have ever bought.
I anticipated the lightsaber's length and thickness to be more substantial and impressive. Given its price point, I feel it falls short of expectations and isn't quite worth the investment. On a positive note, the overall quality of the lightsaber is commendable, showcasing good craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Everything about this saber is awesome. It is really well made and looks movie accurate. For any Qui Gon Fan i highly recommend!
I have always aphreisate this saber from a far, the Theory Saber reputation with the man the myth the Legend from You Tube...I thought with the sale offer...and my wanting to shoot my final part of my fan films this year, now was the chance to get the Sabers...then I was convinced by my G.F to get sabers i wanted and not necessarily ones for the film...then OOPS! this saber arrived at my door.
Very happy with it, great quality, longer than i thought but it feels right. Really happy i got this and excited to see it on screen in the scene i had in mind.

This saber looks and feels just like I would imagine Qui-Gon Jinn’s saber to be. Compared to other sabers, the unique placement of the core via the top of the saber provides it with a unique center of gravity making it a wonderful experience to swing. With this in mind, I easily overlook the small kink that the metallic circle under the red button sometimes loosens, you just need to tighten it every once in a while — and the reason it can come loose in the first place is if you need to take out the core. Overall, a truly excellent saber, feels robust.
