Lifetime Saber Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. All non-discontinued sabers include a lifetime warranty covering defects and malfunctions under normal use, including the core electronics and blade.
Covered Under Warranty
- Damage on Arrival (DOA) — must be reported upon receipt
- Verified soundboard failure (after troubleshooting)
- Manufacturing defects outside normal standards
Not Covered Under Warranty
- Dueling or impact damage (including stress on skinny-neck designs)
- Improper or forceful disassembly
- Incorrect or high-output chargers
- Unauthorized modifications (soundfonts, blade styles, flashing)
- Misuse, abuse, or improper operation
- Resale or secondary market purchases
- Retention screw damage from over-tightening
Important
Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty.
Submit a support ticket for assistance (48-hour response time)
Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable
What “Empty – No Electronics” Means?
- Blade: Not included. You’ll need to source or make your own blade.
- Electronics: No wiring, LEDs, or soundboards—empty chassis only.
- Sound Fonts: Even if “Mark 1 - Free” appears in sound-font dropdowns, no sound-font files (SD cards) are shipped or billed.
Tip: Empty hilts are ideal if you already own electronics or want to build a custom saber from scratch. If you expected a complete plug-and-play saber, please choose one of our “Fully Loaded” or “Complete Kit” listings instead.

My prodigal son V1 saber is amazing I have the SD-RGB and mark 1 free sound package but my 2 free sabers I got on the may the 4th sale don't have the standard lightsaber sound effects like the smooth swinging swoosh feature my prodigal son has every saber no matter the design should have basic saber sounds it's very odd theroy sabers didn't advertise the lack of basic saber sounds for the 2 free sabers very disappointing just a heads up for any future buyers

This was my first ever saber went for the base lit RGB and oh my goodness I was expecting it to be cool but not wow and let me tell you it was WOW I haven’t been ably to stop using it I got the buy 1 get two free deal, me and my toddler have been listening to duel of the fates and having epic battles using them I can’t wait to get another, went with theory saber cause I watched the Starwars theory Channel throughout school and I love how transparent he is epic bit of kit would recommend

I use Birthday code and got myself a really great lightsaber, I could barely open the box because I was pumped about my new lightsaber. When I finally took it out of the box and put the blade in . Hitting the button and watching it sprang to life blew my mind away. The 8 year old kid inside me went wild with happiness and smiling from ear to ear. The sound of the lightsaber is so powerful and amazing to me . I will be back to buy more sabers from you guys, keep up the good work !!!!!
Shipping took about 4 weeks, double what was expected. But the product looks great!
Amazing. After a while it stopped working but I realized it had a battery I didn’t know about that you have to change once in a while, it has a **** in the middle of the lightsaber you have to unscrew to get to it if anyone had the same problem I did. Overall very satisfied definitely recommend to a Star Wars diehard.👍
