Returns
- Defective Items: Eligible for return.
- Non-Defective Items: Returns accepted only if:Requested within 14 days of delivery.Item is unopened with all original tags and packaging.

Restocking Fee: A 10% (30% for limited editions) fee applies to non-defective returns in acceptable condition.

Lifetime Saber Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. All non-discontinued sabers include a lifetime warranty covering defects and malfunctions under normal use, including the core electronics and blade.
Covered Under Warranty
- Damage on Arrival (DOA) — must be reported upon receipt
- Verified soundboard failure (after troubleshooting)
- Manufacturing defects outside normal standards
Not Covered Under Warranty
- Dueling or impact damage (including stress on skinny-neck designs)
- Improper or forceful disassembly
- Incorrect or high-output chargers
- Unauthorized modifications (soundfonts, blade styles, flashing)
- Misuse, abuse, or improper operation
- Resale or secondary market purchases
- Retention screw damage from over-tightening
Important
Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty.
Submit a support ticket for assistance (48-hour response time)
Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable
What “Empty – No Electronics” Means?
- Blade: Not included. You’ll need to source or make your own blade.
- Electronics: No wiring, LEDs, or soundboards—empty chassis only.
- Sound Fonts: Even if “Mark 1 - Free” appears in sound-font dropdowns, no sound-font files (SD cards) are shipped or billed.
Tip: Empty hilts are ideal if you already own electronics or want to build a custom saber from scratch. If you expected a complete plug-and-play saber, please choose one of our “Fully Loaded” or “Complete Kit” listings instead.

Got this as a wedding gift for a friend. Never bought a saber before from anybody. Loved working with Theory Saber. Responsive customer service, shipping took a little time but was warned ahead of time because of the May the 4th sale. Arrived in perfect condition, loved the packaging. Could not resist opening it before giving it to him, absolutely blown away by the quality feel and sound design. The two free training sabers have been a huge hit with my toddlers, running around hitting each other. When presented to my friend, he actually cried he was so happy. I recieve regular texts from his wife every few days when he plays with it after a long day at work or when he discovers a new setting or perfects a new move. One of the best purchases I have made in the last 10 years.

I love this product. I bought this as a gift for a friend and enjoyed the dueling sabers I got with it. I kept the dueling sabers for myself to let my inner kid have twirling sessions. When I first lit it up, I was transported to feeling like a kid again, the heft, the sound, the built in sound profiles, all amazing. I have been very happy with my purchase and definitely will be collecting more and even can't wait to dig into neo pixel or the other replicas. I was not confident which saber source to get my first lightsaber but I am glad I went with Theory Sabers, I support the level of detail that went into providing the highest quality experience for the end user and would recommend a Theory Saber any day of the week.
