Lifetime Saber Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. All non-discontinued sabers include a lifetime warranty covering defects and malfunctions under normal use, including the core electronics and blade.
Covered Under Warranty
- Damage on Arrival (DOA) — must be reported upon receipt
- Verified soundboard failure (after troubleshooting)
- Manufacturing defects outside normal standards
Not Covered Under Warranty
- Dueling or impact damage (including stress on skinny-neck designs)
- Improper or forceful disassembly
- Incorrect or high-output chargers
- Unauthorized modifications (soundfonts, blade styles, flashing)
- Misuse, abuse, or improper operation
- Resale or secondary market purchases
- Retention screw damage from over-tightening
Important
Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty.
Submit a support ticket for assistance (48-hour response time)
Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable
What “Empty – No Electronics” Means?
- Blade: Not included. You’ll need to source or make your own blade.
- Electronics: No wiring, LEDs, or soundboards—empty chassis only.
- Sound Fonts: Even if “Mark 1 - Free” appears in sound-font dropdowns, no sound-font files (SD cards) are shipped or billed.
Tip: Empty hilts are ideal if you already own electronics or want to build a custom saber from scratch. If you expected a complete plug-and-play saber, please choose one of our “Fully Loaded” or “Complete Kit” listings instead.

If you just look at the hilt itself, its a 5 star saber. So if you are just putting this on a stand, then this is 5 stars, no doubt... If you are using it there are design issues. First, the saber is loose. You can add 2 screws and even after that the blade has a very slight wobble which is not great. Next, the speaker... Compared to the some of the other sabers I own, its very muffled in comparison. That doesn't mean it sounds terrible, but relative to what they have its much worse. I think you'll be happy picking this up but if I'm paying that much money for a Proffie lightsaber, I'm going to get nit picky with my review.
Loved the saber. Been eyeballing it for a good while. Thought it was time to get it at Spacecon. Didn’t think it was possible, but they were able to switch the free package to the prequels on the spot at the con. Hands down the best customer care.
Absolutely beautiful, this is my third saber from here and I couldn’t be happier with its design, capabilities, and performance. Only thing would be that the volume changing function doesn’t seem to work(or I’m just not doing it right).

The saber was everything I was expecting it to be. Such a beautiful hilt well crafted and beautifully designed. Can't wait for my emperor II to come in.
I ordered the saber on 5/15 and it took waaaaay more than 7-14 days to ship. Over a month. Then when the saber showed up, it worked for 30 minutes and died. Working with customer service right now, but I’m told I can’t return it. Not happy with this whole interaction. I have an Ani3 Proffie from you guys that went way differently. This time if feels different. Hoping this gets resolved. As of now I have a very expensive paper weight.

The blade is amazing quality, the sounds colors and graphics are astounding, the only downside that I found is that the rubber grips peel off very easily, I was hoping they would be more secure other than that amazing work, thanks Theory!
Purchased this Mace Windu saber, works great! Many sound fonts as well as pretty neat blade effects....makes a great addition to the collection. Josh at Theory Sabers was great...I ordered 2 extra saber display stands (didn't know for sure if they were included), which they were. The company didn't ship them as shown. I contacted Josh and he checked and verified that they were indeed not sent ...Josh refunded to my card the purchase price of the two stands. I have had nothing but a great experience with Josh, and Theory Sabers. Very reputable company and great customer service!!!
