Lifetime Saber Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. All non-discontinued sabers include a lifetime warranty covering defects and malfunctions under normal use, including the core electronics and blade.
Covered Under Warranty
- Damage on Arrival (DOA) — must be reported upon receipt
- Verified soundboard failure (after troubleshooting)
- Manufacturing defects outside normal standards
Not Covered Under Warranty
- Dueling or impact damage (including stress on skinny-neck designs)
- Improper or forceful disassembly
- Incorrect or high-output chargers
- Unauthorized modifications (soundfonts, blade styles, flashing)
- Misuse, abuse, or improper operation
- Resale or secondary market purchases
- Retention screw damage from over-tightening
Important
Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty.
Submit a support ticket for assistance (48-hour response time)
Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable
What “Empty – No Electronics” Means?
- Blade: Not included. You’ll need to source or make your own blade.
- Electronics: No wiring, LEDs, or soundboards—empty chassis only.
- Sound Fonts: Even if “Mark 1 - Free” appears in sound-font dropdowns, no sound-font files (SD cards) are shipped or billed.
Tip: Empty hilts are ideal if you already own electronics or want to build a custom saber from scratch. If you expected a complete plug-and-play saber, please choose one of our “Fully Loaded” or “Complete Kit” listings instead.

I absolutely love this saber, it looks great on the shelf next to my Dark Lord Ep 5!
It’s really neat and has a lot of cool features, especially for an RGB saber. My only problem was it took a whole month to ship but otherwise well worth it since I had a 20% discount.
This lightsaber is AMAZING! It’s stunning to see in person and has a real weight about it. Swinging it around is so satisfying, and the weight makes it such a different experience from all my other sabers. Unfortunately the black grips were all kinds of wonky. Disappointing given the cost of this specific hilt. I do have an industrial glue so I peeled and tried to reset them as best I could. Still not the straightest, but better. Again, not something I should have to do at all.
The profile board and all the fonts are fantastic and everything else has been great! The hum on the Ani Tusken slayer font is so good in particular 👌
Met up with this crew at FanExpo Dallas 2025! Top notch products and the team was extremely knowledgeable, wow! Loved seeing the main man of the company there as he is super cool! Amazing and super cool company, will be buying anymore sabers!
Overall it’s a good piece of work but, the rubber strips around the handle were all bent out of line, making it feel like it was rushed when put together, or they just didn’t care which is very disappointing considering the price of these one has to pay.
I straightened the strips myself but I will have to take them all off and do it properly at some point, it would be very handy if they included extra stips in the box as they have done with the other lightsabers I have bought from them but not on this occasion.
This will be my last buy from Theory Sabers, I feel I'm not getting my money’s worth and with being a returning customer, I feel let down.

This is my first saber from Theory, and this is truly a must-have for passionate fans of both SWT and Star Wars. It feels great, looks amazing, and truly does make me feel like I’m in a galaxy far, far away. Once I’m ready, I know where my next one will come from!

Pleased with shipping, it was fast even with the Postal strike. And I love the saber itself.
But a girl can dream. This saber feels like the real thing. It's weight and details makes you believe that maybe you are holding the genuine article crafted by Force users. Maybe a bit too heavy for my puny arms, but really, it's so amazing I don't care, I'll get stronger.
Just got this as part of the “Destiny” bundle, and it looks almost like the Graflex prop from the original trilogy. It is weighty and sturdy, and feels good in my hand.
