Returns

Lifetime Saber Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. All non-discontinued sabers include a lifetime warranty covering defects and malfunctions under normal use, including the core electronics and blade.
Covered Under Warranty
- Damage on Arrival (DOA) — must be reported upon receipt
- Verified soundboard failure (after troubleshooting)
- Manufacturing defects outside normal standards
Not Covered Under Warranty
- Dueling or impact damage (including stress on skinny-neck designs)
- Improper or forceful disassembly
- Incorrect or high-output chargers
- Unauthorized modifications (soundfonts, blade styles, flashing)
- Misuse, abuse, or improper operation
- Resale or secondary market purchases
- Retention screw damage from over-tightening
Important
Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty.
Submit a support ticket for assistance (48-hour response time)
Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable
What “Empty – No Electronics” Means?
- Blade: Not included. You’ll need to source or make your own blade.
- Electronics: No wiring, LEDs, or soundboards—empty chassis only.
- Sound Fonts: Even if “Mark 1 - Free” appears in sound-font dropdowns, no sound-font files (SD cards) are shipped or billed.
Tip: Empty hilts are ideal if you already own electronics or want to build a custom saber from scratch. If you expected a complete plug-and-play saber, please choose one of our “Fully Loaded” or “Complete Kit” listings instead.

When the Saber arrived, it was missing an ear, a screw, and the blade effects/ignitions were not what I was expecting nor what was shown in the SNv4 promo. I also realized after disassembling to charge, that the 3D printed chassis that is held in by a set screw was cracked, leading the external crystal to shake and disconnect from the neopixel blade occasionally on use. Also, the speaker seems to have a dent or puncture that doesn’t seem to hurt it TOO much, but still. Customer service has been in contact with me and I’m sure much of this will resolve, and I know this is just a drop shipped Chinese lightsaber, but for 300 I had hoped for a better quality of care than I received. However, the box and everything else involved is beautiful. It’s just unfortunate that I didn’t buy the box to show off lol. Lastly, the sound fonts at least are incredible, and the music is definitely as thrilling in person as you would hope.

The general is no more… For I have risen.
Beautiful saber.
It came out exactly how I thought it would. Only problem was by the pomel a certain part being a little loose and the Allen key wasn't small enough. At least I had my own to tighten it. Over all good saber.
This was the first saber I bought and was stoked for it. I got it in proffie and should have got it lower. Many of the pieces were loose after a couple of swings with it. After tightening some screws, they were fine but the Grievous face became completely loose. As far as I know there is no way to tighten it. Don't get me wrong, I love this saber I just think this is better as a set piece on a desk or something like that. I would be cautious swinging it around or getting into a fight with it.
I love it! It’s a great way to start and end the day by swinging a lightsaber around. I haven’t been able to do the rotation method to change colors since it’s complicated.

This Saber is 99% perfect. My only complaint would be one of the metal fins screw would not stay tight. The other side was perfect and never came loose even during combat. Overall I am amazed and love the product and will most definitely be buying more
So so cool, looks exactly like Gen Grevious! Only wish I we that I wish I got the prequels sound front in it. Other than that. Perfect! Would recommend to anyone! Got SNV4 board and it was amazing!
I bought this lightsaber for my husband and he absolutely loves it. Sometimes I'll hear him turning it on in the background and for the first week, it never lect his hand. I can't wait to be starwars characters with him this Halloween ❤️
