Lifetime Saber Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. All non-discontinued sabers include a lifetime warranty covering defects and malfunctions under normal use, including the core electronics and blade.
Covered Under Warranty
- Damage on Arrival (DOA) — must be reported upon receipt
- Verified soundboard failure (after troubleshooting)
- Manufacturing defects outside normal standards
Not Covered Under Warranty
- Dueling or impact damage (including stress on skinny-neck designs)
- Improper or forceful disassembly
- Incorrect or high-output chargers
- Unauthorized modifications (soundfonts, blade styles, flashing)
- Misuse, abuse, or improper operation
- Resale or secondary market purchases
- Retention screw damage from over-tightening
Important
Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty.
Submit a support ticket for assistance (48-hour response time)
Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable
What “Empty – No Electronics” Means?
- Blade: Not included. You’ll need to source or make your own blade.
- Electronics: No wiring, LEDs, or soundboards—empty chassis only.
- Sound Fonts: Even if “Mark 1 - Free” appears in sound-font dropdowns, no sound-font files (SD cards) are shipped or billed.
Tip: Empty hilts are ideal if you already own electronics or want to build a custom saber from scratch. If you expected a complete plug-and-play saber, please choose one of our “Fully Loaded” or “Complete Kit” listings instead.

While this is the Knights Templar... this one, with its visor emitter is the true saber of a knight. The hilt is solidly built and I can't help but feel grounded and sturdy when I wield this one. The high slant on the emitter just adds to the perceived power of this blade. Well done.
So this is an interesting start to a review but the mystery saber made my son cry! Let me explain, my whole family loves Star Wars and my son loves Sam Witwer because he’s the voice of Darth Maul and when he learned about Starkiller when he met Adam at a Con StarKiller became his favorite character. We got mystery sabers in the past and We always got the free sound pack in the previous orders but this time we got a different sound pack which as he scrolled through and heard the Starkiller sound pack he cried the happiest tears and immediately ignited his new saber so Thank You for all that you do and he loved his new saber
Bought the knight with the (order 66 mystery saber coupon) and got the Chrome elegance limited saber with order for Christmas gift for my step-son and me. They look amazing with all the effects you can do with them. 10/10. We have been dueling for 2 days now. I won Christmas with this gift!

After getting more expensive sabers "for the kids" with the proffie, I wanted an extra, cheaper one to bang around, but with something unique: the longer blade and the SNV4, which appeared to be set up out of the box to do some fun stuff the proffie doesn't without "advanced" user coding. Well, the pictures don't do the hilt justice. It's a clean design that looks like something a real Jedi might have (I got the silver one). And the SNV4 is great bang for the buck. No, it's really not as dynamic a sound or sight as the proffie, but it's super fun to click through the options. Who doesn't like rainbow saber and screaming Theory ignition :)
This saber is just plain badass. I have two other sabers, and the movement based gestures and sound effects are on another level.
Word of caution (2024). I bought my first saber on the May 4 sale, and the button quit working the first time I went to charge the saber. Customer support was slow (probably overwhelmed by the massive May 4 sales), but ultimately they came through and sent a replacement board that is working as it should..

Got my saber last week, and I’m absolutely loving it! Can’t get enough of it. Turning on the music while using just changes the whole feeling. Showed it to a few friends and now they are going to be buying one of their own. Great saber, great customer service. GREAT JOB THEORY!
