Lifetime Saber Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. All non-discontinued sabers include a lifetime warranty covering defects and malfunctions under normal use, including the core electronics and blade.
Covered Under Warranty
- Damage on Arrival (DOA) — must be reported upon receipt
- Verified soundboard failure (after troubleshooting)
- Manufacturing defects outside normal standards
Not Covered Under Warranty
- Dueling or impact damage (including stress on skinny-neck designs)
- Improper or forceful disassembly
- Incorrect or high-output chargers
- Unauthorized modifications (soundfonts, blade styles, flashing)
- Misuse, abuse, or improper operation
- Resale or secondary market purchases
- Retention screw damage from over-tightening
Important
Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty.
Submit a support ticket for assistance (48-hour response time)
Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable
What “Empty – No Electronics” Means?
- Blade: Not included. You’ll need to source or make your own blade.
- Electronics: No wiring, LEDs, or soundboards—empty chassis only.
- Sound Fonts: Even if “Mark 1 - Free” appears in sound-font dropdowns, no sound-font files (SD cards) are shipped or billed.
Tip: Empty hilts are ideal if you already own electronics or want to build a custom saber from scratch. If you expected a complete plug-and-play saber, please choose one of our “Fully Loaded” or “Complete Kit” listings instead.

So, I ordered a Dark Lord Wannabe saber during a BOGO sale a while ago, and this was the surprise saber that it came with it. To be completely transparent, at first I was like "eh, elegant chrome", but now I am like "HELL YE ELEGANT CHROME" (intentionally written like this). It's so perfect for tricks and twirls and it quickly became a more favorable tool in hand than the Dark Lord W. My friends are all also amazed as we can now have proper saber duels when they visit!

As the name implies, this saber gives a sense of elegance and technique. Aside from Dooku's saber, Chrome Elegance looks and feels like it's intended for the refined and masterful form of Makashi. The concave handle helps with quick movements and spins. I got this as the free saber for the BOGO. A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one.
Sound Quality is amazing of the Saber, with the speaker being deep in base and sound but also rich in highs. I chose the proffie board, bare that in mind. Smoothswing is excellent, build quality equally as excellent.
The Saber came in the 14 days. The package is beautiful and well organised. The saber is great in the hand, has very awesome lights (I ordered Neopixel) and is easy to build. The tools are given with in the package. The Stand is a very nice display and I think everything is made with care. Not something you just buy for 50€$£. I recommend to watch some videos on how to use the saber, because the paper which shows how to use the saber only shows some features and mostly for 2 button blades. All in all a really great saber. Something I’ll keep for a long time.
