Lifetime Saber Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. All non-discontinued sabers include a lifetime warranty covering defects and malfunctions under normal use, including the core electronics and blade.
Covered Under Warranty
- Damage on Arrival (DOA) — must be reported upon receipt
- Verified soundboard failure (after troubleshooting)
- Manufacturing defects outside normal standards
Not Covered Under Warranty
- Dueling or impact damage (including stress on skinny-neck designs)
- Improper or forceful disassembly
- Incorrect or high-output chargers
- Unauthorized modifications (soundfonts, blade styles, flashing)
- Misuse, abuse, or improper operation
- Resale or secondary market purchases
- Retention screw damage from over-tightening
Important
Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty.
Submit a support ticket for assistance (48-hour response time)
Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable
What “Empty – No Electronics” Means?
- Blade: Not included. You’ll need to source or make your own blade.
- Electronics: No wiring, LEDs, or soundboards—empty chassis only.
- Sound Fonts: Even if “Mark 1 - Free” appears in sound-font dropdowns, no sound-font files (SD cards) are shipped or billed.
Tip: Empty hilts are ideal if you already own electronics or want to build a custom saber from scratch. If you expected a complete plug-and-play saber, please choose one of our “Fully Loaded” or “Complete Kit” listings instead.

Sweet Lightsaber and Good Sound!! 10/10
I don’t own a Steinway, but I have played on a couple, and I feel the weight of quality, the sound of aged experience, and the fun of light with this Grand Master saber. This is my first professional saber purchase, and I was fortunate enough to have an amazing buying experience at Spacecon. The staff at Theory Sabers’ booth were helpful, considerate, and really made the buying experience enjoyable.
I visited my parents the next day and was walking around, playing with the sound fonts. My mother told me, with a smile of memory, that I basically did the same thing when I was a kid, playing with my then lightsaber (90s Hasbro) while walking around the house. Thank you, Theory Sabers, for capturing that magic and bringing back that smile.

Love the hilt, I have had an issue with the core. However the team has been very communicative and helpful getting the issue resolved. Otherwise would be 5 star as uasual.
Got this in my Grandmaster Mystery Box and my god this is fun to hold and swing around!
I got the 36 inch blade rather than the expected 26 inch but this has a comfortable balance that works with any sized blade and something I recommend if you want a hilt that can be use as a shoto.
I will say that while the power button has a nice groove around it to rest your grip on it without touching the button, the aux button doesn't have this. But it is a minor issue and you can find a natural way to hold the saber without pressing on that particular button.
What I’ve learned is Theory Sabers never disappoints. The Grand Master is my fourth saber from Theory and wow very cool. If your a Yoda fan this saber is a must have. It looks and feels great. Keep up the great work Theory and the team!
