Returns
- Defective Items: Eligible for return.
- Non-Defective Items: Returns accepted only if:Requested within 14 days of delivery.Item is unopened with all original tags and packaging.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping on non-defective items.
Restocking Fee: A 10% (30% for limited editions) fee applies to non-defective returns in acceptable condition.

Lifetime Saber Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. All non-discontinued sabers include a lifetime warranty covering defects and malfunctions under normal use, including the core electronics and blade.
Covered Under Warranty
- Damage on Arrival (DOA) — must be reported upon receipt
- Verified soundboard failure (after troubleshooting)
- Manufacturing defects outside normal standards
Not Covered Under Warranty
- Dueling or impact damage (including stress on skinny-neck designs)
- Improper or forceful disassembly
- Incorrect or high-output chargers
- Unauthorized modifications (soundfonts, blade styles, flashing)
- Misuse, abuse, or improper operation
- Resale or secondary market purchases
- Retention screw damage from over-tightening
Important
Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty.
Submit a support ticket for assistance (48-hour response time)
Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable
What “Empty – No Electronics” Means?
- Blade: Not included. You’ll need to source or make your own blade.
- Electronics: No wiring, LEDs, or soundboards—empty chassis only.
- Sound Fonts: Even if “Mark 1 - Free” appears in sound-font dropdowns, no sound-font files (SD cards) are shipped or billed.
Tip: Empty hilts are ideal if you already own electronics or want to build a custom saber from scratch. If you expected a complete plug-and-play saber, please choose one of our “Fully Loaded” or “Complete Kit” listings instead.

I got the scabbard in the saber section or area thinking it came with a saber with the description area, and was thinking it came with the free saber code, a bit confusing, but the thing is that scabbard isn't capable of fitting all sabers its too long for the sabers or too short to fit correctly
This product is really good and sturdy and an excellent way to carry your saber around if you want to keep the blade in. I also like how you can adjust the size for different blade lengths. It’s pretty cool and you can adjust the size and it’s the first one I’ve ever had and it is what it says it is overall it’s pretty awesome
