Lifetime Saber Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. All non-discontinued sabers include a lifetime warranty covering defects and malfunctions under normal use, including the core electronics and blade.
Covered Under Warranty
- Damage on Arrival (DOA) — must be reported upon receipt
- Verified soundboard failure (after troubleshooting)
- Manufacturing defects outside normal standards
Not Covered Under Warranty
- Dueling or impact damage (including stress on skinny-neck designs)
- Improper or forceful disassembly
- Incorrect or high-output chargers
- Unauthorized modifications (soundfonts, blade styles, flashing)
- Misuse, abuse, or improper operation
- Resale or secondary market purchases
- Retention screw damage from over-tightening
Important
Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty.
Submit a support ticket for assistance (48-hour response time)
Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable
What “Empty – No Electronics” Means?
- Blade: Not included. You’ll need to source or make your own blade.
- Electronics: No wiring, LEDs, or soundboards—empty chassis only.
- Sound Fonts: Even if “Mark 1 - Free” appears in sound-font dropdowns, no sound-font files (SD cards) are shipped or billed.
Tip: Empty hilts are ideal if you already own electronics or want to build a custom saber from scratch. If you expected a complete plug-and-play saber, please choose one of our “Fully Loaded” or “Complete Kit” listings instead.

Screw that goes in the saber could be a little longer, the saber tends to fall off easily
As others have pointed out, the screw for the wheel is nowhere near long enough. Luckily, there are about a million screws where I work, so finding one with the correct length and thread pitch was easy. Also, some of the threads on the actual cylinder itself seemed to not want to agree with the pommel threads, but that wasn’t anything a bit of WD-40 couldn’t sort out.
These covertech wheels assemblies are great. And the assembly adds about an inch to the overall length of the saber body. I've had a problem with the screw being to short, and only engaging a couple of threads, risking stripping out or coming loose to easily. Also if you add one right under the pommel that is wider, you'll need to replace the screw and add a spacer or some washers, so the pommel doesn't bind up on the covertech clip. I wear a saber almost daily and these have been holding up incredibly well. So, my 4⭐ review would be a 5⭐ if at least it had that slightly longer screw, and definitely if it came with a spacer and extra long screw for switching out for wider pommels.

Good, but thirty dollars seems a bit much. If you get this and the belt clip it’s over 70 extra dollars just to put your saber at your waste. Overall it works great. (There should also be a dark grey one.)
Apparently these wheels are only for certain particular sabers but nothing on the site tells you that and they don't work with either saber I bought from them. I let them sit a week before trying them out to discover they didn't work and then a week or so later I'm told that they're sorry their site doesn't say buying these things won't work. Also was 2 weeks since I bought them (the thing that they don't tell you won't work) and so, they "can't" refund them. smh Kinda crap imo.
On the lily tory, the attachment fits on the upper hilt near the blade. Because of the design of the bottom of the hilt, it won't fit. But it's super ok. Makes this saber more unique. I love it.
Unfortunately it’s a smaller size threading so it doesn’t fit on my maul double saber, if they were a bit bigger it’d be nice.
screw could be longer, while trying to loosen from saber i had to use the wheel to try and spin the piece off and the wheel fell of the saber because the screw pulled out the threads because it is barely threaded in due to length.
